We are all meeting at the beautiful Renaissance Philadelphia Hotel.

The Renaissance provides the conference facilities that we need and has shuttle access to the airport for the convenience of people who are flying in for the event. If you have PowerPoint, you can view a PowerPoint Presentation of the hotel:

There are actually TWO great events that you can take part in starting with a great networking dinner on Friday night, and then the main event -- which includes lunch -- on Saturday.

To make it even better, I will get together with people who stay in town on Sunday and meet with them individually and in small groups on Sunday to work even more closely together.

The total cost of the Friday Night Networking Dinner is $39 per person.

The total cost of the Saturday event -- lunch included -- is $59 per person.

That's down from the $1,997 price tag of most events like this!

For hotel rooms, we've blocked out a group of hotel rooms at a super-discount rate of only $109 per night. That's down from their usual $149 per night.

You will need to make the reservations directly at the Philadelphia Renaissance Hotel Airport BUT...

It is VERY important that you let them know that you are coming for the jvAlert Event. For one thing, that's the ONLY way that you can get that rate!

If for any reason they don't have it in their computer yet, ask them to check with the events office. It is also crucial that your register as soon as possible.

Important Notes on getting the special room rate:

Call 1-800-MARRIOTT ( 1-800-627-7468 ) for reservations and specify the jvAlert Event at the Philadelphia Renaissance Hotel Airport.

Also, let me know if you have any problems with the hotel reservation,

They will only hold our rooms until October 24th. After the 24th, they will release any additional rooms.

That means that it is VERY important that you register for hotel rooms as soon as possible.

You may still be able to get a room after that October 24th if you tell them that you are with the jvAlert event, but I won't be able to guarantee it.

Also, there are a number of conventions in town, so you need to book right now to make sure that you lock in your room.


After you have made your reservations with the Philadelphia Renaissance Hotel Airport, please take the time to e-mail me and let me know the total number of rooms that you have registered for each night. I want to make sure that we get credit for all rooms that are booked.
